Adelaide Radiotherapy Centre

NPA dietitians conduct information sessions at the South Terrace and Flinders Private rooms every week for individuals undergoing radiotherapy who are at risk of nutrition problems. We provide information on adequate nutrition throughout treatment, fighting digestive problems associated with cancer and treatment, maintaining weight and making eating easier. Patients may also be referred for an individual consultation at any of our consulting rooms.

Adelaide Western General Practice Network

NPA provides a number of dietetic services for AWGPN, including provision of individual dietitian assessments in aged care facilities in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

Meals on Wheels

NPA has assisted Meals on Wheels to update guidelines relating to the provision of nutrition to Meals on Wheels SA recipients. We assisted in development of a diabetes friendly menu and protocols for the provision of special diets. We have introduced a nutrition screening tool and have contributed to the development of a recipe book for the volunteer kitchens.

Metro Rehab Hospital

NPA provides nutrition assessment and dietary advice to patients at Sydney's Metro Rehab Hospital. The NPA dietitian consults with individuals to ensure that they have optimal nutrition during their hospital stay. She liaises with the food service department to ensure that the menu is nutritious and meets the needs of inpatients. She also provides advice and direction to nursing staff to ensure that procedures relating to nutrition care are evidence based and up to date.

Minda Inc

Minda provides care and support services to individuals with intellectual disability. NPA provides nutrition advice for the catering service and care staff, as well as review of individual residents in Minda's supported accommodation.

N & C Baron & Associates

N & C Baron & Associates is an Adelaide based consultancy service that provides advice, training, education and support to individuals and organisations involved in aged care, health care, hospitality and tourism throughout Australia.
Together with Neil and Carla Baron, NPA have assisted aged care facilities to meet Aged Care Accreditation standards. NPA have also contributed to 2 videos- 'Understanding Nutrition and Hydration' and 'Diabetes in Aged Care', both of which are practical educational guides for catering, nursing and care staff in aged care facilities

Serco Immigration Services

Southern Adelaide Health Service

NPA provides assessment and review of clients who have been identified at risk of nutrition problems by the Southern Adelaide Health Service Chronic Disease Management strategy. The strategy aims to improve the individual's ability to manage their chronic disease and to decrease the need for hospitalisation. Transfield Services

Transfield services provides catering for armed services across Australia. NPA assists Transfield Services to assess their menus to ensure they meet guidelines for healthy eating and nutrition requirements.
